Beautician is very professional and friendly, ambience and services are excellent as well! :) Does not hard sell packages and i’m enjoying every single session of my facial treatment over there, so far the best i have been to!

Thoroughly enjoyed my facial sessions here. The beautician is very skilled and you really can entrust your skin to her. Products used are of good quality, they smell really expensive as well. After every session I can feel my skin becoming much softer, and definitely cleaner. Extraction was slightly painful but very bearable since she does it really fast and presses down on the extracted area to minimise the pain felt. My only gripe is that the should massage time is a little too short (like thirty seconds or so) and maybe eyebrow trimming shapes could be improved on but the main point of this place is the facial, and I would say it’s a good experience overall. Beautician is a really nice lady, who is sweet and welcoming. No hardsell if you don’t wanna commit, which is super appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

1. firstly, i booked a 730 appointment. came down earlier at about 7.20 than expected but told her i didnt mind waiting as she finished up after the next guest. however, in the end she only started my appt at 7.45.. and she was doing our treatments concurrently. maybe thats why the service wasn’t up to standard. in the end i ended at 9. usually other lash lift places i go take about only 45 minutes 2. lash was NOT lifted at all. usually, i do my own lash lifts at home but it’s quite hard to do it myself since my eyes have to be closed and i dont have the professional equipment. i wasn’t expecting much but if your professional business is worst than what someone can do at home after buying a shopee kit, thats not right. my lashes were not lifted at all. i got home and my parents could not see a difference at all. maybe this place’s facial and other services are good, but please dont come down and buy their lash lifts, this is the worst lash lift i have ever done and it was the most expensive

The beautician is very professional, warm and sweet. The room where I did my lash lift has a lovely relaxed atmosphere - warm lighting, peaceful music and therapeutic smell. Highly recommend.

Very chill environment. I enjoyed the session. There was a lot of anti inflammation such as first mask, then followed by the cooling machine massage and another mask. However, I still get breakouts post facial cause the extractions weren't clean enough. I like that they don't hard sell their packages. Extraction can be cleaner for the pricing they charge. It's about $70+ per session if you get the package. Pricing is similar to those certified dermatologist clinics but not yet at that standard. Good effort, great environment, great service, a bit too pricey for an uncertified, informal facial. I would give a 4.5 if I could.
