Mum's Kitchen Thai Food - 349 Jurong East Ave 1

Recently I got to savour affordable authentic Thai Food @mumskitchenthaifood Basil Minced Pork Rice with Egg. With liberal amounts of minced pork, chopped long beans, basil & chilli. The meat absolutely delightfully flavourful with the sauce going oh-so-well with the rice & providing it with ample flavour. I liked how the various ingredients are well portioned to give enough bite & crunch for a variety of textures. The green curry won me over with its sweet, savoury & slight creamy gravy & with generous chunks of chicken. As I slowly savour it; my mouth is bombardment of Thai flavours. Thai Omelette Rice. This so sinful but so so good. I have no idea how they managed to fry this to such perfection, crispy and fluffy at the same time! Airy & Soft yummy! The Pad Thai here balances sweet & savoury perfectly without being too oily & with wok hei. The noodle is springy & the ingredients so generous! This is one addictive Pad Thai! MooPing is one of my favourite Thai street eat & this didn't disappoint. Succulent & Tender. As I bite on, it exploded in my mouth releasing its juices and claim all corners of my tastebud. Shiok!
