★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say this is one of the best private apartment I have stayed so far. It is just like a resort inside, almost all kind of facilities (basketball, tennis, simulated hold, 7 swimming pools, jacuzzi, steam and dry sauna, KTV, piano room, gym, movie screening, study room and many function rooms). It is also the NO.1 listings on Singapore's property Portal, Singapore’s largest private residential development... Security is excellent! Hypermarket, cafe and restaurant within the condominium. The atmosphere of the community is very friendly, international residents, schools and church are nearby. Good location and super convenient, 5mins walk to Farrer Road MRT (circle line), 3mins walk to bustops, less than 20mins to reach the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite some minor issues, this is still my favourite condo in sg! Travelled and stayed in some condos in different countries, none can beat this one in term of facilities! And unblocked view like this is something so rare in sg now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in D’Leedon since 2017, and I have always enjoyed my stay, not only because it is a lovely place with good facilities, but more importantly, we have professional and friendly facility management people. I write this preview today, as management office and maintenance technician people helped me find my security card which was dropped under the wood board. I know how hard and time consuming it is to do it. Appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a good condo for it's price, it is clean and HUGE. It has 2 giant pools and like a dozen sport courts. The rooms could be a bit bigger for the price, but that's it. It is a amazing condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location, every facility imaginable incl. KTV, piano rooms, golf simulators, 2 x 50 m pools, plenty of carparks and in leafy GCB enclave of Leedon. Fantastic views and breezy.
