★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a NIGHTMARE, it's like a maze. No clear instructions and it's so hard to find the lobby or unit number that I have to go to. It was like I was in the movie maze runner. And the staff are not helpful at all, even they were not sure where everything is. Awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leedon Residence is nice to look at, but not nice to live in. This condo might have been built by a famous Singaporean architect, but the finishes are cheap and the appliances break easily. Paint scuffs, walls chip at a touch. Due to the thin walls, you also seem to live with your upstairs neighbour, with sound easily draining into bottom apartments. Management have no control over residence and noise levels. If you choose to buy or rent close to the Leedon Residence road you’ll continually be plagued by construction on the road and hooting at the gates of D’Leedon (opposite condo). At the high price of apartments, I wouldn’t recommend Leedon Residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in Leedon Residence for two years and can wholeheartedly say that it is the most overpriced condo I’ve ever lived in. Fittings in the apartments are cheap and walls chip and scuffed very very easily. With ever year that passed the management, security and garden services got cheaper and cheaper so the aesthetics started to slip drastically and resident services became nonexistent. For anyone thinking of buying or renting there, stay away from the apartments close to Leedon road. It’s extremely noisy with cars constantly hooting to get into the opposite condo, D’Leedon.
If you’re going to pay this type of money to live in Singapore, you’re going to be better off living in Sentosa Cove where you actually get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I share the same experience while delivering groceries to one of the residents recently. The car park is a huge maze. Do ask the guard for lift lobby number, and keep a sharp eye while looking for the lobby.
