Drop by for a bowl of their big Prawn noodles. I ordered the 11.80 set. It comes with 2 fresh water prawns, slice meat , fish cake and 1 meat loaf. Of course, if you compare with hawker centre or coffeeshop... You might think is expensive.. But you consider that.. this is a shop by itself. The Deco.. atmosphere , man power... And of course.. location. It is about there... Then you consider and Think 1 blardee bowl of Kok Kee WanTan Mee is $8. This one is actually quite cheap.... Maybe I can at their not busy hour. I can just order at counter and they serve me. When they serve... My noodles, they place a small piece of paper on the table... Then I realize it is for us to put the prawn heads. The soup is refillable.. The soup is light... Don't have a lot of residue.. Prawn cake is fried until very nice golden brown and crispy. Overall a good meal in the city area. Will come back try their... 22.80 their 大大大 version.

This place is really good. They serve the food fairly quickly too. And if you like prawn soup, definitely check this restaurant out. I came here 2x during my visit to Singapore!

Wok-fried prawns white bee hoon was amazing with its strong Chinese celery and peppery- thick sauce. The prawns rolls were also awesome with crispy bean curd skin and a decent amount of prawns inside.

Have always wanted to try ever since it was featured on Food King. Visited on Thursday afternoon and there was no crowd with just a pair of diner. Ordered the combo which consist of 2 prawns, 1 pork rib, 2 meat patties and 2 prawn ball for $9.8. I do feel it's worth the price. Expected the broth to be much more robust though not a bad bowl of prawn noodles. The green apple sour plum juice is an excellent pairing with the prawn noodles. It cuts through the saltiness of the dish and its very refreshing. While I wouldn't travel down specifically to eat, I would patronise if I'm around the area.

Prawn noodle at its best taste, quality and experience. Worth every cents as a Michelin restaurant. I tried the assorted mix one as this is my first time. Prawn - good Minced prawn ball - good texture Rib - good, tender Minced port ball - excellent, good texture while with good pork taste. Soup - good Every table has some paper for putting the prawn shell or pork bone, very smart. The abundance and quality make this one deserve its Michelin rank. Only thing need to be prepared - I came on Weekday around 11:50am, lots of seat (but fully occupied in 30min). I ordered the mee hoon and it took 25 min to come, as there are lots of Grab orders. Lucky the noodle is so good to make the waiting time worthwhile.

This restaurant serves a variety of prawn noodles and sides. We got a small bowl for 6.80 and a medium bowl for 16. The prawn noodles were delicious, and the soup very savory. I would recommend the cheaper bowls. It actually the same size. The main difference is the size of the shrimps.

Wasn’t that crowded on a Sunday. It’s clean and the staff are great. Friendly. The price is a little on the high side, but that’s probably cause we ordered biggest prawn. The prawn mee wasn’t “bad”. It’s just wasn’t something anyone should travel for it. The broth wasn’t very flavorful, the prawns was average but there were a lot of ingredients for $18+. Reminds me of my school tuck shop standard. The problem is it doesn’t hold up to the other big name prawn noodles in Singapore. They are arguably cheaper and tastier.

We finally managed to drop by here today for lunch. Tried the prawn paste noodles with sliced pork and veg add-on and the combo noodles with veg add-on, a tea, and an apple & sour plum juice. The restaurant is busy at lunchtime but the turnover is pretty quick and the staff are great about cleaning the tables right away. Ordering is via QR code and an app. You pay at the same time, so when you’re done, you can just leave and don’t need to flag anyone down to settle your bill. In a shop like this, that’s efficient and makes sense. They also have a ton of options for your orders, so it helps to avoid any confusion over what you picked. I liked the apple juice, though it did get quite tart towards the end due to the sour plum. The prawn noodles were both good and we felt that the quality of the ingredients was good. Just a few observations. With the veg add-on, it could be a little more veg. I didn’t feel like there was much there. Also, depending on what noodles you order, they can really soak up a lot of the soup (if you get one of the dry options, this of course isn’t an issue), so maybe a little more broth or a little less noodles (again, depending on which ones you pick) would be nice to maintain a good balance. All in all, it was a nice meal and we would go back.
