★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel arrived in Singapore on Oct 27 but till now (Nov 8) I've not received it. Last I checked, it was "processed at carrier terminal" on Oct 29...and that's the end of it! Contact centre number provided is invalid! I joined the previous reviewers, pleading Book Depository to stop working with this company. No point offering cheap books and wide selection when purchases don't reach customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've ordered book from book depository twice, and i've never had an issue with dai post. both times, the books took roughly a week to reach sg from the uk, and the books were always delivered within a week of them arriving in singapore (one by LegionExp, the other by j&t express)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to 99% of the reviews here, I had a shipment through DHL Ecommerce, arrived in Sg on 14 Mar, shipment was passed to Dai Post.
Read the reviews online and got really worried I would never receive my parcel.
However, I received my parcel the following day 15 Mar.
4 stars cause cust service number is invalid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no working phone number and email of DAI Post's Singapore office for customers to seek enquiry about their Book Depository orders. Sometimes the status of each order is also unclear especially with terms like partner carrier, and that the processing time for each order can be very long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a negative rating if possible. This company has zero sense of responsibility and integrity. I have several books ordered from Book Depository which show up as being in Singapore with this particular courier, but my orders remained undelivered for months. Till this day, I haven't received my orders! Their phone number isn't working, and there is no way of recovering my books except via PayPal dispute with Book Depository. I guess businesses who choose Dai Global will have to pay for their bad decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order from Book Depository has been with DAI post for nearly a month. Tracking shows that it has been in Singapore for that duration and no updates in regards to delivery. Ordered from Book Depository anticipating that it will be received by 3-6 business days as stated on their website but DAI post has failed at that. No fault on Book Depository but they really should stop working with DAI post. All attempts to contact DAI post has failed and all contacts are invalid or non existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam, ordered some books from Book Depository. Books took half a month to leave the UK and arrive in Singapore. The books were handed over to a Partner Carrier (appears to be WMG Delivery) on 4 Jan 2022. Today it's the 14th and it's still stuck under "Handed to Partner Carrier" status. When checking WMG Delivery tracking, parcel still shows as "Warehouse Scan". Tried calling Dai Post, was in line for 30 mins (starting as customer #7 in line). Shortly after I became customer #1 in line, was directed to a voice box saying that due to Covid, there is high volume, and to leave a message. Book Depository, please stop using this delivery service. This is Singapore, there is no reason why a book would get stuck for almost 2 weeks in a small island, in a warehouse, with no explanation.
