★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service to top up the machine is ridiculously poor. Why do you bother to have a machine at our facility I don't know. The last time it was topped up it was only half filled. Completely empty by the next day.

Called the operator and required a full length of explanation and account details..
Where’s the conveniences of such service?!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a 100plus drink using activesg dollar at bedok heartbeat L4 machine. Drink never came out. Called both the office and after office hours numbers posted on the machine to request for refund but no one ever picks up. Emailed them no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for their help with the Recycle and Save machine. Proceed to ignore me on whatsapp and only responded when I wrote in to NEA. My issue is still unresolved- but they have ghosted me on whatsapp ever since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, every times 'FULL', worst thing I deposit 34 cans the recycle drink machine full, and balance 6 cans in hands cannot deposit anymore. The machine only accept every time 10 cans rewards for 10 Stars point, and my 4 cans become fortieted, and I manage to call the Capitastar staff to clear the bin, I continue deposit the 6 cans, I have whatsApp the hotline, but until now still no reply....
You mean since 8 May 2022 whatpsapp until now 22 June 2022 almost more than a month still no reply. Amazing you still can tell me you overwhelming cannot reply my whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand that recycling machines will break down once in a while. What i cannot accept is that staff hung up on consumer and claims that call wasn't passed through. If line did not get through, why was it i can hear the staff whining in protest before line was abruptly cut? And then changes story next day to claim that she already mentioned that she was expecting etc. Would you like me to replay the convo for you to verify? I can also hear another customer service lady repeatedly asking another customer for machine number in a very impatient and unpleasant tone and her laughing a while after that. What is the matter really? And paying lip service to say their management will call shortly. Is it any surprise i did not receive any call? And they repeatedly cut calls when i attempted to reach them. Looking at the negative reviews here, looks like i am not the only one and i feel sorry for the consumers who need to deal with their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legit got scammed by them paid two times didn’t get a single covid test kit. Tried to contact their support for a refund on the vending machine, and online was just ghosted and told that money would be refunded. Still waiting for my $16. If you ever come across a Warburg vending machine don’t even waste ur time on it. Scam!!!!!
