But disappointed with watery milk.
Felt like it is low fat milk. Nowhere near to Meiji.
But milk was definitely fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too sure why people aren't happy with their purchases, I ordered at 15/4 and I got my milk next day. I live quite far away from their address somemore. I only hope they will get A2 cows instead. Support local business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milk is good .. but some time milk will spoil before the expiry date.17th isthe expiry date of the milk when I warmed the milk on 16th afternoon it spoiled and If we report an issue they will say we should consume it without boiling , they will not count our issue , atleast they should count our issues and complaints .I referred almost more than 10 of my friends , they also faced the same plm .. because of the poor customer service We are unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased twice as I wanted to support local products, esp when they are fed natural food. The recent order came in 1 working day I think and that is impressive!
It would be better if they could have options of coming in glass bottles (at a higher price than the normal plastic bottles) and recycling it back at small tokens, so there will be more returning customers and both parties can do a part for our Earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milk is great, but they can do so much better in terms of the ordering process. No way to setup a repeat order, for each order you get a call to let you know of the time. Barely any customer service if you have an issue. No one replied to emails.
They need to get a process mapping done on how to improve things.
