★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible queue on weekday lunch time?! Now we customers know why such a long queue on Friday, 8 July 2022 at 230pm, not considered at counter 5, cashier chitchatting with her male colleagues while serving me, no wonder the queue gets longer even though there is another 4 cashier ahead! One of the cashier once replied we want to resign Pay not high enough that’s why queue is long? Please look into your outlets in Orchard ION, suggest you make a checkout self kiosk to prevent this crowd larger! Wow such a multi billion Daiso can afford isn’t it? This is high end Orchard business district, not your usual neighbouring heartlands, even the neighbourhood like Giant, NTUC have self checkout kiosk, it’s time for Daiso to revamped go high tech AI, can’t believe Daiso still using old outdated methods of payments using cashier and using Nets or Cash ? what a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection of affordable products available. You can get almost anything you need at any Diaso outlet and best of all, it is just $2 per item. The shop is divided into different sections ranging from Cleaning, Stationery, Home Improvements, Cooking and many more. If you are not able to find the item you need, you can always approach one of the many friendly staff who will guide you to the aisle to find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daiso Orchard Ion is not amazing one of the worse queue ever! So disgusted by the one of the cashier attitude, hey price increase doesn’t meant your staff attitude change get some training please. Might as well ceased human, use AI better than human.

Love this matcha ice cream. If you love matcha latte from havla, Tsujiri etc you will like this. It’s basically the drink in icecream form. Super gao and thick ?
Can be found at many daiso at only $2. Ntuc sells it at $2.95. If you see it, don’t miss it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven’t been back here for a long while. Perhaps this long queue all the way to the back is normal. It’s a Sunday PM. Wouldn’t it make business sense to have more than 2 x cashiers? Several have dropped out of queue due to the long wait. I’ve waited to understand the bottleneck. Surely, Daiso, you can do better for your staff and business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of items, well stocked. Staff are helpful and around, not hiding in the background like delta force jungle snipers. Love the japanese like shopping experience. You feel well taken care of. Recommended and I will come again.
