★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and local enough place to live, near the MRT, wet market and food court, but there are airplane passing by from Monday to Friday, not normal plane, fighters and copers, so the noise is a bit loud. Also I found the wet market is not as good as the supermarket if you only want to buy fruit and vegetables, but they do have fresh fish. The food court is great, big and have some famous store. I love the shrimp noodle the most!

5min walk to mrt and hawker center.
Shopping malls are all within 10-15mins using public transport or driving. 1 mrt stop to kallang wave, kallang leisure, paya lebar quarters, kinex etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice condo. 1 big pool, 1 small pool with Jacuzzi and 1 hot Jacuzzi. 1 gym. This condo is located 5 minutes from the tube Dakota. Flats are in good condition and the area is very calm. You can open your windows without hearing any cars.

My mother stays there so we enjoy having family parties around the bbq pit. With the playground just next to it, it is easy to keep an eye on the kids and the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guards are rude and arrogant. Treats visitors like trash, shouting and demanding as if they own the place. Especially the malay security guy, thinks he is some big shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condominium with a quiet environment away from the crowds but easy to reach by public transportation, close to Dahkota mrt station, close to mounthbain mrt station, near the bus stop and can see the view of the beautiful multi-storey building, see the very beautiful sunset and morning day can see the sunrise with its beauty.
