The Security personnels there are always courteous even while they ensure their residents safety. The condominium grounds are beautiful and always clean when i visit.

If you are planning to buy a property here and you own a car, take note the multi-storey carpark (not basement carpark) has pretty narrow turns. The grounds itself does not seem very well-maintained compared to other condos we have been to. Location is great though, very quiet area, yet near the city.

Very impressive condo building, sporting 5 swimming pools (one 50m long), right next to river waterfront and Dakota station. Well maintained and service is good. High prices.

Super of top pool view from block 70. However, the multi-storey carpark can be quite a challenge for big vehicles & inexperienced drivers, the turnings are all very narrow. So from the existing scratch marks, you can see how many cars were scratched due to the tight spacing. We were here providing aircon servicing, we have quite a number of regular customers residing at block 70 and 84, so we always come here every 2-3 months! ???

Good location, but the building quality is very terrible. Lots of cracks in walls, the insulation between floors is bad due to the thin materials. Maybe I am unlucky to have such a noisy neighbor upstairs. I can clearly hear every item he drops and his footsteps within the unit.

Beautiful condo. Excellent location - close to MRT, buses and park connector. Good facilities including a nice pool, gym and basketball court. Security staff is friendly

I lived here for 3 years. If it was not for COVID which made moving and viewing difficult, I would have moved out of Waterbank much sooner. - The noise from the military jets is unbearable. They are 10x louder than normal airplanes. The jets fly on weekdays and Saturdays, starting from 8am to 9pm. Especially in July and August, the jets fly more frequently due to the National Day rehearsals. If you are working from home in the day, it is impossible to live here. It is just impossible to tolerate the loud noise when you are working or having meetings at home. - The walls are super thin. I live in the #XX-01 unit and have an upstairs neighbour renovating in the #XX-06 unit. Even though they are not directly above me, the renovating noise felt as though they were right next to me. Also, when people close their doors outside or throw their rubbish in the disposal refute, you could hear it loud and clear from your home. The walls are really thin and not insulating at all. - Management team is incredibly lousy and non-responsive. Took them years to change the lift tiles and lift lights. They also do not clean the common areas frequently, resulting in cockroaches and small rats. Like what others have mentioned, they disposed some fish in the nearby river just for convenience sake. The previous management team was so much better. - Walls and wall paints are cracking apart, but I guess that is because of the high humidity from the nearby river. It is really humid so beware of items inside wardrobes or shelves. - No tennis court. There is a basketball court which is not used often by residents. Might as well change it to a tennis court.
