★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Rani Kumar from Dakshaini Silks recently. I live in Sydney and wanted to gift a saree to my sister who lives in Singapore. Rani showed her awesome collection of unique Kanchipuram sarees via a video session. It was almost like being in the shop. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. She went above and beyond to deliver the saree to my sister's house with a bunch of flowers. The ease of the whole transaction and the shopping experience was remarkable and I rate Dakshaini Silks as one the best saree shops in Singapore and recommend it highly.

Review based on multiple visits in recent past...
1) Snarky staff. e.g. Questions back customers what price range they need, when they are enquiring price of a specific item on display rack.
2) One of the most over priced shop for sarees in its vicinity.
3) Poor display of items and unfriendly staff who raise thier voices from the other end of the store. Staff are more fosuced on thier mobile rather than customers.
4) Overall intention of this outlet is literally not inclined towards selling thier product to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stepped into this place after walking past it awhile ago. They sell some really wonderful kurtas, jubbas, etc. for all occasions. The owners were meticulous, and have a whole range of items priced really fairly, with excellent quality. Highly recommend to drop by and do some shopping if you're looking for a place to buy some traditional indian clothing.
