Worst ever experience we had...wanted to survey saree for upcoming event..went at 8.00pm ,told by one of the staff if you are not going to buy come back different day as we will be closing...was shock and just walk away with a bad experience..will never recommend this shop..

Good to visit for Kids traditional wear at affordable and reasonable prices with good service.

I love the 2nd floor service. Family always go there to purchase saree blouses and even sarees at times.

I went to change a saree at fashion palace today, the service staff are the best (especially the 2 men and a lady at the 2nd floor)although the place is a bit small , they attend to the customers with examplary service kudos the staffs there.

Visited this shop with my wife for Saree shopping on a friends recommendation. They have an amazing collection of all types of sarees. Thanks to the sales Manager Mr. Chandran who is just too good. His knowledge of saree designs and his excellent attitude of serving customers is noteworthy. We would highly recommend this shop if u r looking for silk sarees like tussar silk, muslin silk, mysore silk or kanchipuram silk.

Had a horrible customer service experience in this place today. Went to choose some readymade blouse and was greeted by a short Indian lady today. She showed us a few options that we liked and allowed us to try the 3 options as I didn’t know the size. I tried the 3 pieces and decided not to go with the one I liked because it was the wrong size. The lady immediately remarked “then why did you try 3 pieces? It’s COVID. You are not allowed to try 3” Take note that she did not let us know of this rule at all before we tried. And we were not told that we MUST buy one whether it fits or not. I let her know that she didn’t let us know of this and made our way out of the shop. As we were walking out, she started complaining about us to the customers behind us whom she was serving. We went back with the cashier to clarify. And she lied that we tried 4 blouses and that we were not allowed to try more than one. (We only tried 3). We corrected her, and she unwillingly said “ok sorry”.Very disappointing experience.

I Had a good shopping experience and all their staff are very friendly. They have a very beautiful collection of saree blouses for every occasion and in various sizes. Owner of the shop is very kind and humble. Upstairs they have a very unique collection of sarees including Kanchivaram sarees at reasonable price. Icing on the cake they give discounts too !. .

I would like to feedback, yesterday 12/02/2022. There is this rude guy at the kanchipuram collection. Worst experience and terrible service by fashion palace. First time I did shopping in.Male Staff at the first floor must re-learn as to how to talk with customer. Very rude behaviour. To be honest, this was first and last visit to this . Will not recommend to my friends and relatives. Seriously. , super super rude. I wish I can give zero star, they don't even deserve one star.
