★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service no follow up, the welding machine still under warranty , but they still charge us for the service fee if don't want repair will be charge $75 only for checking fee, then nevermind i ask them change the AC Cable they charge me original cable price, but just change for me the pvc cable as normal one, the machine i send by Dec 2020 then i have call them but no answer my call, at last month i call they office answered my call then i ask them how about my repair then they said i will check and let you know, few days ago still no reply yet . then i call again and keep chase them i wait about one week, finally i get the quotation for my repair, so must ask properly before you purchase it, must have black and white.
