After which she went through Art of investing. Super informative and eye opening. Daphne was clear when she speaks and is engaging. She answers all my queries with patience.

She is very friendly with strong emphasis on professionalism and being customer-oriented. I have a very positive first impression of her as she genuinely wants to get to know the potential clients better through a profiling test which was very accurate. In the subsequent session, she shared her experience and knowledge of investing which reinforces what I have learnt in school. Furthermore, she provides fair advice to suit my needs as she prioritized value-adding rather than overselling of products.

If there are things that I am unsure of or question regarding the policy I have, Daphne will definitely be the first that appear in my mind and ensure all my doubts are being answered. It is so thoughtful of her to go through the hassle of travelling to my place to help me to do the claims form and also the efficiency from her allowing me to get the claims within the month itself.
