★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darel is an entertaining and engaging children book illustrator and visual storyteller. He runs a design think-tank along with several designers at the National Design Centre. There is also a Singapore Design Archive managed by local design writer, Justin Zhuang on the same space that is open to public on Open House days.
The food and drink offerings can be improved beyond Maltesers, Super Rings and Ayataka Green Tea.
The illustrator is also an avid gardener
This is a must-visit spot for design students and designers.
Reservations highly recommended.
