I found out about Carrie K. while searching for a jeweler to set my engagement ring for my proposal and they were the top choice on many review blogs/articles. I was impressed by the physical outlet when I eventually got there as it looked professional and classy. I served by Sheila, who followed up with me over the phone prior to our meet up. One thing that I couldn't find anywhere else(I spoke to over 10 jewelers) was the level of effort she took to understanding my wants. She really helped me turn my thoughts into a physical product, which is something that is so rare to find in the market. She was patient and attentive, and helped me come up with a few options that were so good I couldn't make up my mind(good problem). They were all very unique and had a story about them which is something I loved very much. Their prices were competitive and reasonable, and eventually when I got the ring, I found that their work was also clean and flawless. For anyone that is looking for a jewler that really puts you, and your ideas of how you want your jewellery to turn out, first, should consider heading down to their store and experience what I have experienced before. I think you'll find yourself pleasantly surprised by their style of work, and equally as impressed by their level of detail not just to their work, but to knowing the customer and putting them first. 100% a customer that they now have for life!

The moment I stepped into Carrie’s showroom at National Design Centre, I was immediately drawn to its signature Art Deco aesthetics. Despite being almost completely oblivious about bespoke jewellery design, I knew this would likely be the end of my search for creating unique rings for my fiancée and I. Right in the very first consultation with Carrie and Chong, I was floored by their professionalism and patience. More miraculously, their design philosophy - telling one’s personal story through jewellery - completely matched ours. From sharing our love story, designing the rings, to size adjustments after the rings have been made, the whole process was seamless and enjoyable, despite many uncertainties due to the pandemic. Carrie and Shiela took great care of us, gave us honest suggestions and truly listened to our feedback too. We love how our rings beautifully reflect who we are individually, what we mean to each other, and how we envision our future together. To be honest, it will be hard for us to go back to mass manufactured, off-the-shelf jewellery pieces. A very strong FIVE OUT OF FIVE for Carrie and the team, and a big shoutout to everyone out there who would like to create a one-of-a-kind jewellery for whatever the occasion, you will be in great hands at Carrie K!

As a couple who walked in without a clue about what we were looking for, as well as close to zero knowledge about how we can customize my partners engagement ring, Aloysius served us since day 1 and patiently briefed us about the basics of engagement rings, from the different kinds of gemstones that were available, to what size, hardness and clarity of the stones were ideal, as well as the different designs and ways that we could do it. With his guidance, we came up with a design and combination that we thought would look great, and Aloysius assisted to make it a reality! I have went to a couple of other Jewelers to get a sensing of their products and services and i am glad to have found Carrie K., i can confidently say that Carrie K.'s wide range of gemstones (They have both Natural and Cultured gemstones too!) and outstanding service is the best compared the other stores that i have been too! Will definitely return to get our wedding rings when the time is right!

The Carrie K team provided excellent service. My fiancé loved the collection on offer and picked out her ring with the help of Aloysius. We then sat down together to pick the most appropriate gemstone. We were well advised and supported the entire way and are very satisfied with the end product. I engaged Carrie K for my engagement ring for my fiancée, and would just like to highlight how delighted and satisfied I was with their services during this endeavor. My engagement ring was a design of my own making, and I approached Carrie K after visiting countless other jewelers due to the uniqueness and intricacy of the ring designs on display; my fiancée had only one stipulation for the ring and that was that it had to be unique. Based on the pieces they had on display as well as on their website, I felt confident that if anyone could bring my design to life, it would be them. My point of contact for the ring was Shiela, who brought me through from the very beginning. She asked many questions about our personal story before even talking about the specifics of having the ring made, and it was very clear to me from the beginning that the team at Carries' was very interested in the story behind the design of my ring as well as the journey between my fiancée and I. This was something that I personally appreciated; what could be more intimate than the creating of my proposal ring? As I have never actually had a ring design made, I appreciated the time Shiela took to inspect the design and discuss the feasibility of it-as well as how it would be made-with me. I was also delighted at how faithfully they followed my ring design blueprint; it came out quite literally exactly as I had intended. I also appreciated the degree of control and input I had throughout the whole process, from choosing the materials, discussing and specifying the setting, inspection of the CAD model projection, etc. Shiela was always patient and happy to explain in great detail the properties of different materials for the band, considerations regarding the setting, and how each aspect would affect the overall product. She even went to the trouble of preparing multiple spreadsheets of stones for the diamond choice for me to choose from and gave me advice on what to look for in a diamond (especially in regards to cut, clarity, color, natural vs labgrown, how each shape would reflect light differently, etc.) and what would be the most cost-effective options. All in all, the entire experience was one that could have been very daunting, especially to a guy who has never done this before, but because of Shiela I found the process very enjoyable and informative, and learnt a lot more about rings and jewelry than I expected to. My fiancée was utterly delighted with the ring. I don't think I can express adequately how pleased she was, and I still catch her examining it and chortling about how much she loves it. I just wanted to leave this review to thank Carrie K, Shiela, and the rest of their team for such a stellar experience in the journey of creating my proposal ring! You guys have more than delivered in providing us with top-tier service, craftsmanship as well as a consumer experience, and I will definitely be visiting them again in the future for any jewelry-related needs my fiancée or I might have!

Jeanette and I went to Carrie K. with just a desire to have a ring that tells our love story. We were met by Shiela, who was very gentle in her approach, and gave us great advice whilst giving us a cup of tea. Shiela was very honest about the products, and suggested rings that best suit our preferences. Despite us making multiple changes in our requirements, she was very patient with the gem search. Shiela and her team also helped to design our engraving for the bridge that represented our beginnings which was significant to us. Most importantly, I decided to give a surprise to Jeanette mid-way of the whole process, and Shiela helped me greatly to make the surprise proposal a successful one! We really enjoyed our journey with Carrie K to craft our bespoke engagement ring! We were made to feel very comfortable and welcomed from our initial consultation with Carolyn and Aloysius. The list of questions to get to know us better as a couple was also a very nice touch and played a key role in designing a ring that was not just unique but meaningful to us. We had pretty specific requirements for our gemstone and we could see that Carrie K had high standards they lived up to in their search for our stone. We just received our end product last week and we love it! Would definitely recommend Carrie K to anyone looking for a bespoke designer for their ring :)

It was a wonderful experience being advised by Aloysius. I surprised my partner by bringing her in for a ring consultation. As soon as we stepped in, we were welcomed by Aloysius with enthusiasm and his natural charm. We were made to feel special with an offering a complementary beverage whilst we sat down at his desk. Aloysius was extremely professional, asking us first about our knowledge on diamonds and rings so he could help tailor the consultation to our needs. He really was really patient with us and explained everything thoroughly. He also watched my partner's reactions to hone in on what she really fell in love instantly. We went with their special hexagonal design which is so beautiful, we have never seen a ring like it before. The after consultation was great. I came in to select a diamond and we went through the list of available diamonds together. We're very happy with our choice and learnt alot from the experience. If you really want to feel safe and confident in your choice of ring, Carrie K is an absolute must go to in our books.
