Use to be one of their dm members, as I hold the dating package for 6 months, after a while i decide to resume my dating package and call them, was shocked my old rm already leave the company , the new replacement agent don t even bother to reply. Keep me hanging there...decide to call the company,at the end was still disappointed they didn't extend my dm member contract and no follow up after paying huge some of money for dates. So do careful of this company.

Events provided by them price is reasonable & affordable. Events were interesting & eventful by them. I had join a lot of their events because of price & nice, interesting & eventful. Be it an online event or physical event. And also most of their events can use sdn credits. Whoever read this review can consider trying out their events. You definitely will not regret.

Like some say, "Love happens when you least expect it." Came across Dating Moments in the media last year, with the hope of meeting the right one. Someone who does not need to be perfect but someone who can learn with me to see imperfections perfectly. After a few dates out with a few different guys, I met Mark. Mark was a guy I feel, who stands out from the rest of the guys that I've dated. Feelings grew overtime through our dates gradually. And we decided to get together! Love at first sight did not work for us but rather, it's when we start spending time with each other, we realised we can complement each other well! Sometimes, you'll never know till you try! It just takes a step of faith, some time and effort to brew something amazing! Thanks to Dating Moments for matching us! :)

I'd hope that the issue will be resolved soonest, and I'd hope I can edit my review later: After going through a consultation, the consultant claimed that due to my requirements, she will have to put me under a data base, instead of allowing me to sign up with other relevant packages. I'd get that the agency is trying to be choosy on paying clientele, neither did the consultant realised that I have spent almost SGD12k on another dating agency, which attained little results. Imho, it was my marital status - being a divorcee. Those who have been in my situation will certainly understand i.e met other nasty gals/guys who despised divorcees and stop communicating - that's the cold hard reality in Singapore. As a dating agency, you should help such paying clientele, not avoiding them - this is really uncalled for.

Thank you Dating Moments for your endearing efforts and professionalism to creating beautiful moments as the cupid for many couples. It takes courage to attend speed dating events but the organisers and admins at DM are always friendly, helpful and prompt in assisting participants before the event and onsite. My fiancé and I met at one of the events organised by DM back in 2019 and we are grateful for that opportunity that brought us together. While in the midst of our wedding preparations, we would like to thank Dating Moments for being our matchmaker and wishing all singles every success to finding happiness. Cheers

Extremely disappointed in this agency. A 3-date package for a mid 40s single mum with post-grad qual, with “key criteria” (under the most expensive option) reduced to a mere young-grad type of income level with potential that I had to accept a smoker, that was supposed to be completed well within the 1-year membership period (since the sales/boss/coach had estimated 1 match every 1-2 months), was dragged to completion in 2 yrs, and the 1st match only actualized nearly a year after signing up! COVID was often used as an excuse whenever I checked on status of the matches, but cb was only abt 5 mths after sign-up! My personal conclusion is that the DM database lacks matching quality guys. My 3 matches, summarized: 1. Early 50s single, very poor table etiquette and kinda eccentric (laughing boisterously throughout the dinner for unfathomable reasons that he wouldn’t reveal). 2. 59 yo single, made some unkind remarks and suggested I leave my lower-primary child to a maid (although I’m happily “retired” and enjoying the close bond built thru taking care of my child full-time).. and even probed into my finances/financial planning! 3. 59yo retiree, supposedly an MNC’s ex-country mgr.. Looked good on the surface, but turned out super selfish & stingy.. He was 13yrs older but not caring at all!! Wasted the most time & effort in 5 dates with him, only to “accidentally” touch on the topic of his “criteria” conveyed to DM, then to find out that he had upfront, told DM he preferred someone NOT with a “young child”! Also revealed that prior to the 1st date, he had asked DM for the age of my child, but DM declined to reveal (despite my having often reiterated to DM to always go ahead to reveal all such key info relating to my background/situation)! And upon my follow-up query with DM, although the lady boss specifically confirmed that DM will NOT hold back the info (i.e., will answer that guy’s query), in these circumstances (since he had asked upfront prior to accepting the match, and since DM also had that piece of info AND my authorization to reveal), BOTH bosses could not offer any viable reason why the DM consultant proposing my profile to my 3rd match, did not reveal this critical piece of info that was SOOO Important to that guy, when he queried! Conclusion: Since this specific piece of info in the lady’s profile, is sooo very important to that guy, and DM’s boss (also my paid coach) has always claimed to know that my key objective is to find a good dad for my child, DM should NOT have gone ahead to propose this match in the first place, AND hide the fact about my child's age when queried by the guy. [ I’m thinking they may have purposedly gone ahead to match us up, as they are seriously lacking in quality matches for both of us, and have also dragged my package for a long while! ] In any case, DM should have told him my child’s age/age range, when he queried, so he could have made an educated choice whether to accept the match and meet up in the 1st place, especially if he die die does not wanna meet someone with young kid(s). Thus, DM wasted both of our 1 match in the package. Yet, DM adamantly refused to provide a replacement match for me, offering no apology for the mismatch and their mistake, whatsoever.. ☹ ------------ 5May22 Update: Most of DM’s 27Apr22 Response is already refuted in my 1st post. Further: 1) On 5th date, the 3rd guy said he continued meeting up after 1st date, as he was NOT thinking of “the possibility of a relationship together” and was thinking to just be activity friends with me! 2) DM's "lady boss specifically confirmed that DM will NOT hold back the info (i.e., will answer that guy’s query)". So DM SHOULD HAVE told him my child’s age when he queried, so he could make an educated choice whether to accept the match & meet up! RATHER THAN TAKING A GAMBLE WITH US, thinking we will match based on other criteria, whilst IGNORING THE FACT that the child’s age is sooo very important to the guy, AND IGNORING my key objective of finding a good dad for my child (which DM always claimed to know)!
