β β β β β Got one chubby guy not friendly sia, quite shocking, was asking for perfume price, he anyhow say price, and when i ask again he change the price, when i ask to check to counter whats the correct price, so lazy to check price, not even go to register to check the price. Also not friendly when comes to check stock.

β β β β β I was there at Novela singpost recently with my friend, thinking of what to get for Christmas. Donson ( male staff wearing spectacles) was the one that served us. Its really hard to not to give him a compliment as Donson is patient and attentive. He is very good at introducing and explaining the products as well. He seems to love his job very much too. Thanks for the service and I look forward to patronise the outlet and meeting him again!

β β β β β Yesterday I went to Novela at SingPost branch at the 1st I not sure what to have but the staff is a guy and wearing spectacles I not sure is it his name call Donsoen, he is very nice and explain to me what is suitable for me and the product is a lot cheaper than other place, definitely come back to him again. Excellent service! Your company should feel proud to have this staff!

β β β β β The worst shopping experience in Novela ever! Asked if I could try the perfume, the chubby man staff with spec answer me that I could only try a few perfumes. Such a big company just can try one or two perfumes? Do you think Iβm stupid? If you are unwilling to serve, you should not be a salesman. I donβt know why such a bad attitude can work in Novela! I just read the review of your company, this guy was not the first time being complained by customer regarding his bad service attitude! I wonder if Novela doesnβt care about customer service or just simply ignore it? Completely disappointed with the service in Novela! Wonβt come next time!

β β β β β Had a great shopping experience at Novela SingPost. I went down to them 2 days ago. I would like to commend one of the Staff there, Donseon. He was very patient and had great knowledge on the products . He explained each and every single detail of the product to me and recommended me which is better to get. Overall, he was very nice and patient! Thank you for the satisfying shopping experience!? 10/10 rating ?

β β β β β Need to at least select a star to post my review. Female PRC staff with short bob hairstyle is very rude and arrogant. She can only communicate in mandarin with a strong prc accent which is difficult to understand.

β β β β β Today, 10.8.2021, I arrived at 8 pm. I didn't know the closing time had changed normal 9pm. They close door haft. The staff is not willing to serve. male staff talk to me so bad Tell me what to buy and take a walk and see for yourself. I go straight to the cream The sto told me that for clearance items I have to buy something in the store that is over $100 before I can buy it. And the store does not have a label explaining the promotion. There are only signs that say items are less than 12 months old. I feel it is bad for consumers who sell products that are more than 3 years or more in stock. Forcing the customer to pay $100. The price is not cheap. The price is only 30% lower than usual. Items that are on sale are near expiration or older than 3-5 years. Don't buy from this shop. Terrible. The man staff look cubby and wear glasses very rude. Not recommended to this shop. And i feel staff lie you for hit traget amounts today before close shop so lie you perched more thing.
