Requested for re-issuance of Debit card but the communication address is under contruction. Hence, requested to deliver at office address or arrange pick-up from the bank branch.
Customer service failed to provide any of these two and asked to coordinate with the courier partner but the courier guy refused to deliver.
I have lost multiple bank cards and they have arranged pick up from the nearest branch but only DBS Bank is following some unknown policy.
Regret being a DBS customer for these many years.
Would ensure closure of all the friend's and family accounts as I do not want anyone to suffer such a poor customer service experience.

With full range of facilities available. There are the traditional ATMs and also VTMs (Video Teller Machine). Also coin deposit machine and cheque deposit area.
There are normally no evening crowd. So quite convenient to withdraw money or to complete your banking transaction with ease and fast.
