the most pathetic dbs branch in SG .. the staff is rude ..the branch works like neighborhood shop .. the queue is not followed diligently ..the staff attend whomever they want .. the staff are surprisingly slow at this branch which is very unusual of DBS ..

Today around 4pm-4:30pm , I went to harbourfront branch . The person who attended to me was a lady service manager , I forget to get her name . she was so clam when she explain and solve my problem . Very patient . Thank you for the person who assisted me. And once again thank you for service . (Service Manager It was a very pleasant experience.

A very busy branch, service slow and waiting time is looooong! Spent almost 1 hour for 5-7 number ahead me. Reached the branch at 11:00, waited 10min not reach my turn, so i went to OCBC ATM withdrawn 2 cash cheque, then updated my particulars at OCBC counter. Came back at 11:30 still not reach my turn until 11:50 my number get called.

Was in queue for 1 hour 30 minutes. After that they did not assist me with my concern!! F your customer services!!! Waited for too long and keep on asking what we will do, did not bother telling us what are needed documents while in queue?!

Rennie from counter 5 was very helpful (21st Feb 2022), very pleasant and professional too - highly recommended We forgot to register additional stuff we needed to do, and she helped us with that on the spot to solve - thanks Rennie!

Most horrible banking experience. Waited 2 hours for 3 number to be called. After waiting 2 hours, tell staff need to go due to appointment and ask for help, staff asked to go back to queuing. No compassion. Staff name is Vivienne.

Despite all the negative reviews the branch has, i was pleasently surprised by the service from staff at the entrance, and two ladies from customer service F**a and R**** (for privacy not disclosing names) who stand next to each other. They helped me address my issue very patiently, helped me get a printed document that i had to disptach after the ban stamp, saving me one trip to the mall again in the scortching heat. They were smiling attentive and had a very pleasent dealing. Tip: Go to the branch early morning to avoid the long queues and a better service.

Recently DBS customer service is getting worse. To open new account I go bank at 830am however staff told me already today full also can’t book in advance.staff ask me to come again or do online. Online is quite complicated. DBS bank focus on their own condition and productivity not customers condition and schedule.Very bad customer service which never experienced.
