★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a conversion to Malaysia and was told that the rate will be directly to Malaysia and that I will get back the money straight after Malaysia bank rejected due to wrong account number input.
After 3 calls to DBS, they did now show any effort to help bring up this issue with the conversion and today when I received the amount, it's in USD and i lost around SGD50 to 60 ish. Despite explaining the situation and saying that this was not brought up and was given reassurance that we will get back the money, DBS DID NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL.
ONE WORD: DISAPPOINTED.
Will never continue banking with DBS anymore.
