SMS to get queue number not available. Super long queue outside and no social distancing. UOB and OCBC next door have no one queueing outside. I won’t use DBS next time.

Do not come to this branch. One customer take average 3 minutes to serve. Super slow service.

The wait is excruciating. I waited for more than 2 hours to get a transaction done despite getting an SMS Queue number. I didn't want to go but this transaction requires my physical presence. Never again at this branch! Lots of unhappy customers outside the branch. Avoid at all cost unless you love wasting time watching angry people.

Dbs and POSB close so many branches in Singapore. Some services need to be done physically.Civic center don’t allow to take Q number after 4 pm yesterday , ridiculous. I come toa payoh today , the Q to take a number is long and stand outside the branch . Pity the elderly. What a shame on this bank ! I waited more than 1.5 hours now and haven reach my turn. I wonder who is the head of the bank who make such decision on providing such services! Best not to keep so much $ with dbs, it was so disappointing as a Singaporean as thou I am now in a third world country Q and wait gosh ! Don’t keep so much $ in this bank and waste our precious time !!!

I went down to this bank about 2 times in February to do transactions in person. Nowadays with so many online scams and PayNow frauds, it is more important to be vigilant and even patient when we carry out in-person transactions at DBS, or for any bank branches for that matter. With utmost respect to all the bank officers, including the front desk tellers, Siti and Helen Oh, I give them my appreciation of thanks for being kind, helpful and also understanding with my banking needs. Special thanks to Ms. S Mala and her team for effective queue control despite the demanding task of managing many elderly customers with disabilities and mobility needs, as well as customers with more complex banking transactions. My utmost respect and salute to the professional and calm Aetos security officer too for coming forward and standing between me and another angry customer shouting and screaming because she thought the bank had skipped her number and I had taken her place. Actually, the bank teller waited a full 5 minutes for her while her number was called and when no one appeared, I was the next in line to be called to the counter. Thank you DBS bank for being kind and compassionate to everyone and exercising patience and offering help to all bank customers, treating us equally and fairly. I will continue to use your banking services and I suggest to all bank customers to be patient and wait their turn and listen to all bank officers and security staff for instructions and directions. Just to take q number; need to Q outside the branch and it was not moving. Worst bank in Singapore and so called government bank? They closed Many branches in Singapore and yet some services are not Allow to do online! ask us to Come physically. Better keep minimum $ for giro purposes and transfer balance money to other banks

Given a choice, this BANK deserves 0 star. Lousy, most inefficient, and worst customer service bank. Staff took an hour to serve ONE customer. Simple transactions can be done online required physical presence at the bank and yet they cannot provide reasonable service. You literally need to spend ONE day of your time to get a simple transaction done.
