★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today’s the first time I brought my Shih Tzu for a grooming + CO2 treatment with Grace and she did an excellent job! She’s friendly and passionate about what she does, and charges reasonably too. Happy to have found her and will definitely will be back again. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last min thought of giving my dog a nail trim. So message DC groomer at 7pm, immediately, she responded that there is a slot for basic grooming. Told her how I want to trim my dog ear fur. She follows suit to my requests. Dog came back with nice trim/filed nails. Very nice smell. And price are reasonable. I prefer groomer that can groom at night as I need to work in the day. Also that can accept immediate request. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my poodle to Grace with strong recommendations from my brother. MIU MIU was quite matted and I was worried that she will be shaved down as what some groomers will do to save them time and effort . However after communicating with Grace my worries , she assured me that she will try her best to give miu miu a nice cut.
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Miu miu after the session. NOT only did Grace saved her coat , she gave her a makeover. MIU MIU looks fantastic , clean and cute! Her puppy cut was well executed and she smelled wonderful !
The 2.5 hour wait was really worth it . I was quite reluctant to do this review for selfish reason - I don't want Grace to get more popular as she is already is so that I can still get slots for Miu miu in the future. Guess I would have to really book her in advance next time !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my toy poodle for full grooming. Never tried a home based groomer before and felt it was a little pricey. Wouldnt have minded paying if service was good. However, when she came back, I noticed the ears were unclean and still had quite a bit of fur inside. The grooming was basically shaving my dog almost bald except for her head, which seemed mostly untouched. Her legs are very bald but also unevenly trimmed. Same uneven fur on her armpits and tummy. Usual toy poodles with short tails will have them trimmed into a round ball by groomer but her tail is almost completely bald and is just so ugly. Wanted to go back for weekly basic grooming, but changed my mind after this first and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have never tried any spa before, or rather home grooming before. Price is on the expensive side but it was a good job well done and my little girldoggy's fur was smooth at the end of it so no regrets! ^_^ Come try it out if you havent!
