Got connected to them through Instagram and got my 1st Toy Poodle. Their customer service is top class. We were served by Ashley who is super helpful and genuine. Her post sales service is outstanding. Thank you Team PPT!

I was attended by Ashley, and she was very patience, friendly and knowledeable. Managed to see the puppy's parents and they are in good hands. Both the parents are sweet, friendly and calm. I was surprised with the interior design of Pretty Pets Kennel. Never expect to be so nice and comfortable. I was later given lotsa of information on how to care for the puppy, what shampoo to use, etc. Overall, it was an awesome experience for me and my family. I urge everyone to do lotsa of research before owning a puppy. Support local breeders if you really need one.

Was recommended by a friend to Ashley. She's patient and informative. The puppies are happy and there was a nice but safe space for us to interact with the puppies before we brought one home. After I brought my puppy home, she continued to be attentive to my queries. Thank you so much!

Just as the name of the shop says, it is a revolution of pets. I was attended by Ashley and finally got my first furboy here. He is a 2 month old Corgi with lovely red and white coat. Just want to put up some of my impressions of this wonderful kennel here. First of all, it is a completely odorless kennel. When I first arrived at this animal lodge area, there are a lot of pet shops and I was a bit shocked by the smell in the air. But when I entered this kennel, the air is super fresh and I felt like my mind is refreshed lol~ Secondly, Ashely is a very passionate and patient person. She showed her affection for the puppies and introduced the health condition of my puppy in details. She also gave me a complete list of dog caring tips, which is super helpful for first time dog owners, like me ;) Lastly, I feel this kennel is runned very strictly and there arey clear rules for everything. A small story is when I first viewed some Corgi puppies there, I was not allowed to touch the puppies as they are too young and haven't got their second vaccine. You can totally rest assured with this kennel. I absolutely recommend this kennel to everyone. Please do drop by if you want to get your pawfriends ???

Visited Pretty Pets Kennel with family and found the ambient of shop was simply amazing when we 1st stepped in. Ashley was very attentive to all our doubts and questions, she didn’t rush through any of the procedures or questions that we have. She patiently explained to us everything about the different breeds to suit our wants. Her excellent service and patient have helped us a lot in making the final decision and the final puppy she sent to us was love at first sight! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

A truly pleasant experience at Pretty Pets Kennel. Ashley is a vivacious individual who is truly passionate about dogs. She truly cares for her puppies and will advise whether the breed's temperament is suitable for your family. Pretty Pets Kennel was my first stop on my search for tri-colour corgi and I never made it to the next vendor. I was sold the moment I saw Atlas and Ashley's service was just the cherry on top to close the deal. The after-sales service is top notch too; expect follow up advice and recommendation even after bringing your furry one home!
