It was a delight when I received the tote bags. It was of good quality and printing quality. He was also very patient in explaining the dimensions. I will definitely come back again to print customisable products/gifts:)

Communication was prompt and professional, and the price he quoted was half that of another firm which I had initially approached. On the actual day, the bags were delivered in a timely manner and were of good quality.

My artwork had serious issues but the team spent a lot of time helping resolve it and also checked in with me to confirm that the design is exactly what I wanted. He provides very fast replies, which is greatly appreciated. As a biz owner, that should be the case - providing quick replies and updates. He was very patient in showing me the samples sizes that i was looking for. Will order from him again in future if needed :)
Also, if you are looking for tote bags sizes that are bigger than usual (A4), with loads of space in the tote bag, this is the only few supplier that provides it... :)

2. TFM-03 White Hydro Flask (100pcs)
Prior to making a decision on which products to purchase, Francis from DC9 Gifts have been very accommodating and kind when visiting their physical showroom. I was allowed to take back many different product samples back to my office for internal discussion, and the quality of the products are really good.
There are also a wide range of products available. Francis was also very prompt in addressing queries and providing clarifications as well.
Will look for DC9 Gifts again for future corporate gifts!
