It created a fun ambience for photo taking as well as for the guests to take the cakes. The birthday day girl development display board and the helium balloon bouquet that attracted me to engage them. It was a breeze liaising with them too. A really happy & satisfied customer.

It was great work and good quality. I also engaged them to make a 1st birthday poster board to use for a party overseas. Which they again did an excellent work. They are patient in attending to our requests and prompt in their response. I strongly recommend them.

I was served by Merlina, who had a strong knowledge of the products and services the company is able to offer. She was very accommodating, patient and gave excellent advise on how to enhance our choice of balloon selection etc.., When we had to change the time of delivery at the last minute and though it's not her responsibility, she helped with that as well. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. I would highly recommend this store and the staff there are great. Personal thanks to the staff at the waterway point outlet.

I could not get all the items I need so I went to 2 other party shops and In both these stores I saw the same party hats I had bought in this outlet. The had charged me $5.90 for 1 party hat and in both the other outlets the very same party hats were being sold $2. Their disposable helium gas bottle is being sold for $75 where as in other outlets the same bottle is being sold for $57. I don’t recommend this outlet at all as their mark up In prices are ridiculous.
