★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended a yoga basics class with Joie last week. It was a great one for me to reconnect with yoga postures, breathing and deep stretches. Joie guided the 5-person class with a soft spoken voice and walked around to adjust us individually.
Deca. is a new dance/yoga studio located in Goodman Arts Centre. It is walking distance from Kallang and Tanjong Rhu area where I live. I cycled there which worked as a good warm up before class. The studio has some year-end promotional packages I will look into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended an intro to contemporary dance, taught by Joanne. Joanne was very friendly, engaging, and guided us well. I have no dance experience and have poor body coordination, so this was a very interesting and fun class. Will go back again!
