I would like to commend Shafiq for the excellent service rendered to my wife and I that day as he went out of his way to assist us to personally pump my wife’s bicycle after learning that we bought a bike pump adapter so that we could use it to pump our bike using our hand pump. Despite the inconvenience that it brings, he ensured that our bikes are pumped to the right pressure before wishing us pleasantries as he returned to the store. Thank you Shafiq ??

Today, my perception on Decathlon service has changed after my visit to Tampines store. A special recognition to Syafiq and Faris , patience as they are and service from their heart. I’m delighted that the management is looking into customer’s experience . Please give these two gents some recognition.
L	Lionel Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the shop is small, the range of items offered is just right. Managed to find what we wanted to get. Only slight inconvenience is that the store is located outside of the main Tampines Mall building
W	Wayne Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyable experience here at the new store at Tampines. It’s larger than the one at Chinatown and has more to offer. Forget Royal Sporting House or Sportslink, you can get your basic sport needs here. The offerings are relatively extensive, though colour and design selection may be limited as compared to online or at the other flagship stores. The outlet is relatively spacious, so it’s easy to move around without feeling claustrophobic. I appreciate the cashless checkout - it’s very quick. For those with many bags, the storage cupboards are there for your use. A water dispenser is also available for customers to fill their bottles.

Syafiq, the gentleman who assisted me, was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He had information on the products I inquired (push up bar) and even if he was unsure he ensure to get the RIGHT INFORMATION and share it with me. A happy customer here!:)
