β β β β β I took my family down to the showroom with the intention of purchasing two scooters for my twins. The staff who attended to me was very knowledgeable and patient. He took out different models and was able to recommend the suitable ones for my kids. My kids tried so many models and could not make up their mind. We left the showroom without purchasing anything, but their service was still top notch. Staff was very nice and told us to take our time to consider. Upon deciding which scooters to get, I went online to do my purchase at their website. The whole process was seamless. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my scooters 2 days earlier than the intended delivery date:) thank you for making our scooter buying experience stress-free(esp with 2 kids).

β β β β β We just purchased a new scooter for my 6 year old son. Decks & Scooters were very knowledgeable and suggested some options for us to tests out. Luckily we decided to come to the store as my son could clearly use one of the options better than the others. They also set up the scooter and helped us change the wheels to LED ones on the spot. I have one very happy boy - especially with his new cool looking helmet.
Would highly recommend this place if you're new to scooters or upgrading and want to test drive some options - they had a large range of kids and adult versions....I may consider one for myself in the near future and will definitely come back to these guys.

β β β β β Bought two of the AEST A85 βLand Cruiserβ here on Sunday March 27. Am happy with the service. The seller spent time understanding our needs, recommending the right scooter to us, and explaining its functions. We also got to try out the scooters outside the shop before buying. Prior to arriving, we had dropped the company a WhatsApp and the replies were very prompt.
Scooter-wise, had taken both out for a ride at the Marina Barrage later that evening. The scooters rode well and were sturdy. Glide was smooth. The handlebar clamp was a bit loose, but that can be easily tightened with pliers. No complaints.
Also, the shop had a lot of accessories that would be good to have with the scooter: i.e. locks, bells, helmet. We bought locks for our scooters. Would have wanted that nice Japan-made bell too, but unfortunately it didn't fit.

β β β β β I really enjoyed my experience for three reasons.
1) The person who served me was extremely direct and straight to the point, there was no wandering around for a scooter I liked at all. He asked me what I was looking for and immediately picked the perfect scooter for me.
2) The service was very friendly, and I could easily talk to the salesperson about any enquirers I had. He also gave us a demo in how to fold the scooter.
3) The salesperson seemed very experienced with scooters, he could answer any questions I had and knew about how each part of the scooter impacted how it felt to ride.
Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely come back.

β β β β β I bought my first ever kick scooter today for my daily commute. It was a wonderful experience. First, the salesperson (sorry I didn't get his name!) was very knowledgeable about wide variety of scooters available and could even tell me why certain models rode different from others. He was also kind enough to let me test ride a number of scooters, and I was able to--with his recommendations--purchase one I felt was most suited for my build and riding style.
Will definitely be recommending Decks & Scooters to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a kick scooter.

β β β β β It was our first time getting adult kick scooters, and owner was very patient and accommodating, answering a lot of our questions. Tried around 5 types of kick scooters and ended up with Globber ONE NL 205 Deluxe (in photo) and a Giro helmet. Superb service and great product selections. Highly recommend to check out this shop if you are considering to get a kick scooter.

β β β β β Very nice experience choosing the scooters here, seller was very patient when discussing and even let us test drive it a few times until I could make up my mind. There were also a lot of options to choose from for the purpose (i.e. exercising, commuting, etc) you want to get the scooter for, definitely recommend!
