★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. They take very long to schedule appt. Afterwhich I made an appt, given the time slot and address already. We made arrangement from work to go down as they will coming. As I was at work and could not answer the call , they just cancelled the appointment 1/2 hr before the appointment slot. When i called up and spoke to daphne , she say she will check with the guy and get back. 20mins past and no reply. I called daphne again and she said she cant get the hold and will reschedule another day. I told it is unfair as I have already confirmed the appt. She say she cant do anything. They are not accomodating to customer's availability. Please dont waste ur time engaging decorland. There are better companies out there who can accomdate to customers bettee.

i totally agree with those who have posted bad service here.
i never experience such bad service.
during first site visit we were told will match back with current outdoor blind but came out different. Invisible grill the price is cheap than the market but never mention wind guide adjustment cost extra at $200 per set and my unit required 4 sets which cost $800!!!
Keep changing on the decking appointment and told they have no control on shipping arr. not even say a sorry to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE and upsetting experience. Zero after sales services and make no attempt to rectify the poor workmanship. Threatened to charge me interest rate as i withheld the final payment.
The decking planks were not cut 90 degrees angle and a row of unsightly zig zags and they claim it is acceptable.
Now i have to live with the eye sores and they just walk away.

1. the price can be changed after they quoted you. They will say the wastage is 5% and charge you also.
2. They never delivered service in the agreed time. The installer never showed up in the appointment time and the admin can only told you that you already agreed the installer went to the next site. You only can wait they finished for other site then come back to your site.
3. Even for the very small place also can delayed. Afternoon job around 1pm or 2pm started, you need to wait after 8.30pm to finish, because they only sent you 1 installer for the job.
4. Do not use this company service. The staff is very rude and they just acted like boss to the customers.
5. The staff never even said sorry to us when we experienced the bad service.
6. When you call the sales, there is always no respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the wpc wood decking is quite bad, gets scratched easily. After installation, I engaged the sales person, jean, if they can rectify the uneven decking as it might trip people, but got no response from them ever since. The decking is not only uneven, it will sink down at the sides when step on, way below average workmanship. They doesn’t have their own installer and engage subcontractor to do the job. Works were also delayed beyond the agreed timeline by 3 days. See the photos for reference.
