★ ★ ★ ★ ★ made purchase from this indian father and son shop owner. during purchase, they were pleasant. but after i gone home, i notice the screen guards they offered me was inferior. it was loose and the touch screen sensitivity was bad. so i talked to them.
they told me next day will give me a new one. then next day came, no news. when i prompted, they told me another few days. so i waited again. but they did not get back to me. when i checked again, they told me again next week. next few times same thing, next few days, or next week.
until i was sick and tired of their empty promises, they ignore my messages when i asked for a refund to settle the problem myself. phone was bought for a month, and i couldn't use it.
just because of a $20, you make me leave a very very negative review for you. i hope you learn your lesson.
edit: when they finally came and replace the screenguard, they do it wrongly and did not reply to my text when i told them about it. look at the last photo.
