★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The " Butterfly" is my favourite of all the deep fried snacks from this chain. The best way to eat it is not to take bites but to tear chunks apart , revealing the honeycombed structure. A crunchy caramelized exterior leads to a slightly salty sweet doughy interior. Light and moreish . One can just balance the fact that the non existent nutrional value is compensated by the guilty pleasure of enjoying this snack and that we are upholding the tradition of yesteryear fried pastries.
