I rarely write reviews unless the service is exceptional or the opposite. In this case, Delonghi service centre at Jalan Pemimpin was absolutely fantastic in their customer service. I bought my Delonghi vintage series toaster to the service centre before the Christmas holiday because it was not working. The lady at the reception attended to me promptly and was very helpful. Since I could not find the store receipt for the toaster, she has advised me to get a copy of the official receipt from the store where I bought it and offered the email address for me to send it for convenience. I did and Ms. E Soh responded immediately back on my email and she even updated me that my toaster will be replaced with a new one because it was under warranty. Upon claiming, she has helped me bag the appliance box so I can carry it. All in all a truly wonderful experience and made me a huge advocate for Delonghi products. Kudos to the team at the Delonghi service centre!

Mixed messages about how long a coffee machine will take to have a basic service; no email, WhatsApp communication. And 31 unanswered calls later. It’s come down to driving across the island and hoping it will be ready after 7 days. Seriously...!

The staff is helpful and transparent as to what the charges are and may be. I have brought my coffee machine for servicing on 4 occasions. It was repaired entirely to my satisfaction.

I will never buy any other brand of coffee machines except this. Not only is it good value for money but the after sales service is superb. I had some minor issues after I descaled my machine and called up the hotline. Paul sent me some a video via WhatsApp for the correct descaling process but despite this the orange light on my machine still comes on. So I decided to bring my machine onsite. I guess Mr Wong was the senior consultant there and also the most experienced. He was kind enough to go through the entire descaling process and gave me some pointers which is out of the textbook. I also saw how the staff dealt with other customer enquiries. The major telcos should take a lesson or two from Delongi Service Centre. I'm a sold Delongi user for life.

I was a little nervous about going here to sort out my coffee machine after reading some of the reviews but all I can say is that the service provided was excellent. I had to replace a small part ($37) and they didn’t charge me for any labour. They did various tests to ensure it was working and also helped me get my machine back into my car. A big thank you to Uncle Anthony who went put of his way to help me and give me advice!

Helpful, patient and polite staff despite there being lots of customers to attend to! I intereacted with both staff and they were thorough with responding to questions.

very good experience so far. had an issue with my dedica and wasn’t sure about how to go about the repair under warranty. Called up service centre and Paul took the time to explain all the relevant issues and advised me to head down and solve the issue. throughout the conversation can tell he was trying to solve my problem as soon as possible. kudos to Paul and his manager

Friendly. They take only cash or nets. $50 deposit to fix a coffee machine. Mine costs $150 for a water pump issue. $40 for parts, $100 for labour and $10 for gst. Took less than 7 days to complete.
