 This company has integrity issues, signed a contract, uneasy contract payment, arbitrary deductions, half of the project is completed only half of the payment, the rest of the payment has no news, I hope everyone will cooperate with this company carefully, do not be fooled.

โ โ โ โ โ To all suppliers / subcons engaged by Deshin or submitting quotations to Deshin, make sure to properly NOTE and HIGHLIGHT to them your PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This company is acting like a charity beneficiary, will let you do the work but dun' wanna pay!!
Just a piece of advise your PAYMENT TERMS should be COD or 98% upon confirmation 2% upon completion, in this way you can secure a payment.

โ โ โ โ โ To sub-contractors / suppliers: Beware of this company, they're nice when asking for quotations and discounts but wait when you submit your invoice / claims you'll see what their true color is. They have a lot of reason and excuses why they can't pay you.
To Jobseekers: If you got really no choice, you can accept this company's job offer, but let me warn you that you can't waste even a second of their time. Expect to do overtime of 2hrs everyday for free but your late will be deducted. You can't go to the toilet for more than 5mins. so if you're planning to poo, wait until 8:00pm. Such a very calculative company.
