Had a great experience with Kevin Thiam, he was able to quickly understand the kind of look/concept that we wanted and was quick to provide ideas and workarounds for the problems that we highlighted. He was also very quick in responses! We did not end up engaging any ID in the end (due to budget), but would really like to commend Kevin for going the extra mile during the initial discussion stages.

We were glad to engage Vincent Chuah as our ID to renovate our 50 years old HDB unit. From our first meet up, he has been giving us ideas and practical tips on the design concept that we wanted and he also highlighted the do and don't on renovation. He will listen to your ideas and add in more wonderful elements without forcing the ideas to you. He also help us thru the color selection of our paint, carpentry and tiles by bring us to the shop for selection. He gives us timely reminder on our renovation progress from the first day of the renovation work till the end of the whole renovation. He will always immediately made known any problems during the renovation to us and it was thru his attention to details that we found out that our unit have some leakage problems that he quickly suggest the way to revolve it. The renovation was done during the COVID-19 heightened alert period and with us chasing him for early completion, Vincent is still able to see thru all the renovation and complete the renovation earlier without any short fall in workmanship. The completed work is almost the same as the 3D design that was presented to us. His followed up is excellence as until today (5 months after we shifted in) when we have problems he will be more then willing to help us to resolve the issues. We are very happy and glad that he is able to give us our dream home from picture to a reality and we will highly recommend him to anyone who is keen to see their dream home become a reality as well. Great experience with Daniel Xue (Design for Space) Had a great and smooth renovation experience with Daniel from Design for Space via a friend recommendation. Good and committed designer ensuring designs are done timely, making sure works are competed on time despite the manpower issues due to covid. Giving good design advise and ideas.. On site to make sure that work are done properly and in accordance to design specifications. Highly recommended

Ivan is an excellent ID, he was very accommodating to my short deadline for completion and handover. Throughout the planning and execution process, he remained honest and frank which I really appreciated. Apart from that, he also has great colour sense and I love the end result of our home as the carpentry workmanship is top notch. Workers on site were also accommodating and polite which made my entire renovation journey pleasing.

I engaged Design 4 Space Ms Ooi Lee Sing for the interior design and renovation of my flat. I find Lee Sing to be a very reliable and capable interior designer and I am very glad to have engaged her services. She has a warm personality, very communicative, and listens carefully and follows up closely on my family’s needs for the flat design and renovation works. She is fast in looking into any renovation issue that has occurred and is able to mobilize the renovation team to rectify them quickly. The renovation was completed within the estimated timeline and budget. The outcome is a very well designed living space, reasonable costs, and excellent workmanship. I would not hesitate to engage her services again in the future if needed.

We contacted Design 4 Space for our renovation, as we had seen great reviews for this firm. He has a really good flair for talking with customers and giving suggestions to customers. We are obsessed with the Interior Design of our House but they have suggested us, and we are very happy with the results. I'm proud that their renovation is mind-blowing.
