Almost 5 years now this outlet is a home for our furbaby. We feel at home at this outlet for their personalized approach... Friendly and helpful staff. Keep it up guys...

I love to go shopping in this outlet. The staff are friendly and approachable. Our family consider this as our “second home” as our fur baby loves this place.

Called Pet Lover Toa Payoh on 31 Oct 2021, about 9pm and was told by a female staff that they closed at 10pm. As it is rather urgent, I informed her that I will rush down and reach at close to 10pm to take a quick look at 1 item and place order. In addition, I also given her, my mobile number which she duly noted and agreed to my request of calling me if she would be closing the shop earlier, before I reached. Proceed to take a cab down and reach at 10pm…. Only to find all shutter of the shop closed!! Not a single person in sight and she did not even bother to call me to inform me about her closing the shop, even when she promises to do so. Wasted my time and effort to rush all the way down. I am really puzzled and at a lost as to why that female staff did not bother to call and informed me that they are closing, when she has promised to do so earlier. Had great experience shopping at Pet Lover for many years but this incident is really a disappointment. Hope that Pet Lover could maintain their past good service quality and not let it deteriorate.

It’s brilliant and super convenient. Just move house around this area couple of weeks ago with my two kitty and it is pretty convenient for me to visit and shop around. Beside this, it is also fun atmosphere and cozy environment here as it has two storey and plenty of stuffs to browse. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too in provide an extra miles service to my enquiries about my two little fussie kitty. Way to go, and keep up the service team!!

Closed earlier than 10pm, should change their closing time to 9:30pm instead. Luckily a male staff was kind to help me out when I explained that I needed the dog diapers urgently, but I had to prepare the exact amount and also I could not use the PLC card.

Staff are friendly and helpful to assist me to level 2 that there are more items, ask me take a look what I need.
