No response and let me keep waiting for her Quotation. So disappointed!

I strongly recommend Design Story Pte Ltd to take care of your home renovations, it is a pleasure to engage Mr Frank Lim for my new home. He is calm, professional and give excellent tips and ideas. Quotations were provided on short notices and responses were prompt and proper. Overall, an excellent experience for a new home owner like me.

I did many comparisons and finally after careful comsideration we choose Design Story. We had many ideas in mind, yet they were able to realise our dream home given the time constraint. Not only that, their Designs and ideas propose suited our liking very much. The designs were all translated into reality! The work progress were smooth till handover and when we ask call them for some minor adjustment work for one of our doors, their service was fast! We would like to thank the team from the bottom of our hearts. I would not hesitant to recommend them to our friends and relatives.

Although i did not engage Design Story in the end for my bto project. Raymond, the ID that was assigned to my query has been very helpful, responsive and on time in reverting on quotes and answering to any questions that i have. Thank you Design Story.

Recently got our house renovated By design story. Our designer Was Dorothy. In my 1st meeting itself I was very comfortable with her. She understands every bit of what we require. She has lot of ideas and good experience. Highly systematic and well planned. We got our house much before the committed date. She takes personal interest. Highly recommended.

He helped us with our kitchen renovation. Everything in the kitchen, except the toilet and floor. He is very helpful and responsible. At the end of the day, after his workers have left he will pop by the kitchen to check and inspect the progress done. He offered us his own fan to try to ease the dustiness of our living room. When we are choosing the materials and colors, he will offer back feedback and share with us what his other customers generally chosen etc. Overall after the renovation has ended, my mom love her kitchen... So i guess i need not say more...hehe Will recommend him to others!!!

I would like to thank our ID, Frank Lim. He was really patient in accommodating to all our requests. We kept changing our minds about the designs we wanted yet he was patient in changing them for us. He never failed to make sure that we were fully comfortable with the design before embarking on the renovation. Whenever we had doubts about certain designs and details, he always ensured us that the choice we made was right and everything would turn out well. He was really understanding in meeting our needs and came up with various designs to allow us to choose from. When we first met him at his office, we were impressed by how well designed it is. We were comfortable sitting in the office that was designed to look like a home for hours while creating our dream home. During the discussion we were really pleased with the questions he asked as they were details and issues we had not thought of. Frank was honest in the quotation and tried his best to work within the budget we gave him. The renovation process was quick and smooth, and he always kept us updated with pictures of the progress of the renovation. He is also a really responsive ID. He never failed to pick up phone calls from us even at 10pm at night when we were having doubts about certain details. Indeed, we are really happy and impressed with the whole renovation. My friends and family who came over to my house were really impressed with the workmanship and left with a good impression of the house. We recommend Frank to anyone who is looking for a reliable, responsive, creative and patient ID. Damages neighbour property but refuses to rectify. Their contractor start works at 7+am instead of HDB stipulated time. Unprofessional and only cause trouble for nearby residents.
