Bought a new home this year and was excited to do up our house. Chose WHST Design because they did the renovation works for my parents and my parents were hugely satisfied with the outcome. My parents engaged JJ from WHST and I did the same too (My husband and I needed someone whom we can trust). Hence, we engaged JJ. He is an expert in his field and is always so available and ready to help up with our queries. He gave so many suggestions to our problems, even beyond what he needed to do! He gave suggestions on things we missed like lights, switches, drills etc. He even gave suggestions on matters like TV brackets, HDB-HIP matters, Tong Gas matters. As you can guess, we were new and he kindly guided us in important matters. I can see he treats his clients like a treasured friend. The challenge for us this year (and for them too) would be the circuit breaker. Our renovation works were extended. Nonetheless, JJ and his team tried their best to finish our kitchen. We were deeply impressed by the cleaning works of their team! If there is anything that we are unsatisfied with, with regards to the workers, JJ is open to feedback and will address the matters immediately. We appreciate that. We are glad we trusted JJ because he turned out to be trustworthy. He kept track of our renovation costs, and refunded us on things that were changed along the way. Thanks ID Mok for the pleasant experience throughout our first renovation. My wife and I have learnt a lot from him, from the very first stage of quotation all the way to handling over. Reading online doesn’t tell you everything, but an ID like Mok does. Mok is very patience and super service oriented. He is understanding and even manage to fulfil with our requests. Some of the things he did is really beyond service, for one example: Due to the odd HDB layout, we have very limited space for our vanity cabinet and basin. Many stores doesn’t sell suitable dimension. So at first, we KIV on the vanity, then we manage to find one that we like and it may be dimensionally suitable (this is already nearing the end of renovation). Here comes the outstanding part. Mok went down to our house on a Sunday morning to measure the vanity area because we told him we will buy on Sunday afternoon and ask him if it will fit. So yeah, he went down just to confirm that the vanity dimension fits our toilet. We bought it and deliver it to our house next week and WHST did the installation. He went extra miles for us and always planning ahead. Super well coordination from start to end. Despite his overwhelming projects and busy schedule, he never fail to reply and update us quickly, We appreciate it because not everyone does that. To summarise, your projects are safe on Mok hand. Anything just give him a text, he will settle for you. This is the safe and responsible feeling you want for paying thousands for renovation. ??

For a professional ID company, have the good practice of informing the neighbours in advance if there's intense drilling work so that neighbours can prior prep their activities. No point apologising!!

Thank you Marcus and Shawn for renovating our flat, this is especially so as we stay in during the renovation and it is during phase 2 of circuit breaker. lot of co-ordination and discussion were required before the start of renovation. Fortunately, with Marcus, Shawn and David advice, we are able to execute smoothly. And thanks for Marcus prompt response whenever we encountered any issue. THANKS
