★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet in Takashimaya has a distinct character from boutique stores elsewhere - such as Westgate.
Smaller in size but bigger in retail experience. First, the designs are less South Asian and more, in my opinion, Asian with a touch of class. Second is the attentive sales staff with the right attitude. Wife bought a dress - just for that - even though there is no birthday discount. (Ahem)
Most pleasant of all is: no bussing sales staffs or bristling north Asian women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to go inside the store through two glass doors that were locked and without ANY SIGNAGE indicating the entrance. The rude lady part of the staff, just looked from afar and frowned at me, not offering any help, as I had the obligation to know... good job! One less sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there on 2nd May 2021, 8.30PM. There were 2 staffs, a malay girl, and a chinese lady. We know this Chinese lady has a very bad attitude and no sense of customer service since she was at Desigual Vivo store. When requested if we able to try, with no reply she just pointed on where is the fitting room, silent. Once we tried, we returned back to her by saying the fit is not suit us, she just grab from our hand with harsh and no question ask. Do we have to mentioned how much we spent at your shop, and being your member for over the years? This kind of behavior does not reflect on Desigual company's image which is happy, and colorful. This is very unacceptable behavior. Such a turn off!
