UNIQLO Orchard Central (Global Flagship) - 181 Orchard Rd

Over the recent years Uniglo has become the goto brand for all my clothing from office to home to exercise. The main store in orchard organizes a lot of events, and gives away freebies to members. The clothing is particularly suitable for humid climate.

I've shopped at uniqlo many times and at this outlet several times. All my experiences thus far have been very positive as the staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Today (27 Jun) I came to this outlet specially to get the Jang and Fox tees sold exclusively here. The 1st Malay male staff I approached had no idea what I was talking about. I even mentioned the free Jang and Fox postcards that were at the store for customers to mail out from 21 to 23 Jun; and that Uniqlo's FB mentioned it as well but he was clueless. When I showed him the FB post, he said it was under UT ME? and wasn't under any collection. I don't know what category it was under but I hope staff are less ignorant about their products because it doesn't reflect well on Uniqlo. After I finally found the section where the tees could be printed, I approached a 2nd staff. This female Malay staff was very curt and when I tried to ask more questions about the printing process, she glared fiercely at me and replied in an angry irritated tone. Are customers not allowed to ask questions? When I went to make payment, there was an issue with the self payment machine and I asked yet a 3rd staff for help. This male Malay staff was rude and curt when settling my payment, as if the machine issue was my fault but it was because the previous customer did not check out properly. I'm not sure what's wrong with the staff at this branch but It's sad that all 3 staff i interacted with were rude and happened to be Malay. I hope Uniqlo trains its staff to maintain the same friendly service I've experienced.

Came all the way to print UTme Tees. The staff is really helpful and printing is quite fast.

My favorite clothes shop,, during my stay in Singapore almost all my husband and I bought clothes at Uniqlo. The price is moderate and the quality of the clothes is good. Some even last for years. This shop has a complete collection of women, men and even children. If in other places, usually there are only collections for women and men. Even in this place, especially on the 4th floor, consumers can design the clothes they want. Usually for family clothes. The design chosen must be your own design, not the design found on Google or Pinterest. The customer service is also friendly and good. I highly recommend..this place to visit.

Very decent place and easy access, various clothing to choose from for Uniqlo's standards. Department was well tidy and easy to figure out between male and female clothings. Unfortunately it isn't so easy to figure out for the classification, between winter and other season of clothing, and sometimes very difficult to figure out where is the pants or shirts . Will be better if they were organized accordingly . Ambience are vibrant and the department is extremely clean, changing room is decent. Pros: -places changing room -huge department store Cons: -a little confusing to figure out the classification

Amazing outlet, have all the display shirt on wall, multiple floor to all different clothing. Huge selection.

This is the best stall of Uniqlo where everything is here including the latest to even some range which is not carried by other outlet. 3 level of great shopping experience and since they open the first outlet in Orchard at 313@somerset. Loved their range of tee shirts design and been refresh every 3 months. Most important is the reasonable price with great comfort to suit local climate.

Uniglo not just make good comfortable affordable practical wear. They have excellent customer after sales service too. Bought the wrong size and it was a breeze to had it exchanged. I was approached and was asked if I needed help and she offered to go up one level, find the correct T-shirt and brought it to me, all in a matter of minutes. I was impressed for sure. Recommended.
