β β β β β Brought husband for eye follow up ,everything was good except he needs to go for optimal image which is at clinic C main building.
It seems that there is only one machine and patient have to walk to and fro.To my opinion,why can't purchase one more when it is necessary for this eye check.
Today almost all patients need to go for that check and go back to consultation after that.
Luckily there are staff or amah to bring them to and fro or else i wonder the seniors will have problems to find their way back to DMC.
Hope this issue can be solved to avoid problems for elderly eye patients.

β β β β β Called in multiple times to the call centre and was told to wait for call-back as the DMC do not have a direct number (they operate by email only? or hand delivered letters?). Waited 5 days and no calls back. Dad's medication running out and I cannot get them.

β β β β β The Diabetes and Metabolism centre of the Singapore General Hospital is a very modern facility providing health care to mainly Singapore nationals though foreigners and expatriate community in Singapore too come over. Its very professionaly staffed and staff of all categories were found to speak English. The consultants are very updated in the latest treatment options and very research oriented.

β β β β β Took 81 year old mum to dmc this morning. Arrived around 1030am. Large non chinese woman was extremely rude , impatient, condescending. Even the Chinese man in charge of directing traffic outside DMC acted so big.These low life forms roll eyes to communicate disdain for patients and families. A most unpleasant experience
