I had to select the diamond and ring design mostly remotely as I was overseas, but they made it so easy with the virtual diamond viewing software and the ring turned out exactly as imagined. They were also very patient and pleasant in accommodating frequent changes in requirements as I suss out what my wife preferred. Oh and they have a very special ring box that really made the diamond sparkle. Strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

β β β β β We are truly pleased with Lixonβs service that we are writing this. This is our second diamond purchase with him. What we like about Diamondlite is the array of collections they have. Lixon is able to work alongside our given budget without compromising on the diamond quality. He has a wide range of diamonds with high end clarity, cutting & color. This allows us to choose and settle for a suitable diamond, whereby we purchased both solitaire and cushion. Winston also shared his wisdom, about diamonds and other gemstones. We are considering customizing other gemstones such as Rubies soon. Another highlight is their ring casting service where they make an imprint of the original ring design. This shows the physical shape of the ring & allows rooms for adjustments before confirming. Overall Lixon made the experience a sincere, honest, and unhurried one for us. The end product arrived within a few weekends and well met our expectations.

I was given a good impression during my first meeting; while most jewellery merchants will educate you on diamonds, this was the only place where I felt that they genuinely wanted me to make the best choice (and not simply any purchase), taking into account my budget and requirements. Likxon was patient with my requests and queries, and provided objective recommendations, which I greatly appreciated. My fiancee and I are happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend.
