Hi Nashley sorry for the extremely late review As I can't seem to fine the right words to put in the review for my engagement ring experience at facets Singapore ? But here's a proper review from me as promised ???. My experience at FACETS is very smooth sailing and astonish. Nashley was very patient and friendly when we were discussing about how I wanted the ring to look like, her ideas and design were really top notch??? to the extent of me instantly fall in love with the only design she came out with and it is love at first sight ? lastly the boss of FACETS was very generous with giving me 2 free diamonds to compliment the design of the whole ring as I only brought in my personal sapphire to put on the casing he insisted that it will give the whole ring a better look and to my jaw dropping surprise it's the perfect cherry on top to the whole ring design and I am forever grateful for his kind gesture ??? once again thank you very much ??? Hi if you are still pondering about having your engagement ring done with FACETS Singapore, think no further their service are amazing, their design are elegant and lastly their price are fair and reasonable, so just make your way down today!!! Or risk losing your significant other because she can't wait no more!!????? Ps. By the way she said YES! And I will be looking forward to get my wedding band done by FACETS again ?

Several years ago we lost the diamond in my wife’s engagement ring. When I approached Facets to replace it (and repair the ring as well), they were so friendly, patient, polite and professional. This was such an easy and pleasant experience. The new diamond is better than the old one and the ring looks amazing. I can’t thank you enough and my wife will be ecstatic. I brought it down to Facets after reading the reviews and was served by Suresh and Nashley who were amazingly engaging in exploring options and possibilities within my budget. As it was meant to be a surprise, what I appreciated the most, was that they went the extra mile in understanding my wife's personality, preferences, and even took the time to look through her social media photos to gain a better sense of what would suit her best before proposing several gorgeous designs. With their help and feedback, a final design was selected, and they did everything in their power to complete the design in time for my anniversary even though it so happened to be a challenging period to source for certain gems. Needless to say, my wife was overjoyed with the ring. I can't recommend Facets enough.
