Customer Service Advisor is very knowledgeable and seeks my approval (on job to be done and on quotation) before proceeding jobs on my car - that's very appreciated! The Team also made effort to search for the exact tyres I want - fixed on the same day itself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time visiting here. Dickson Auto Care Centre have taken care of my car servicing. Their servicing for PHV is a deal. They will advise accordingly to what kinds of work and service to be done. On top of that; wash, vacuum, tyre shine treatment and cabin sanitisation is included in your servicing. Recommended and two thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with your accident aftersales process. I understand that now it’s very easy to do everything online. However, your manager did not even ask if I would want to head down to make the signature. Nonetheless I was made to re-sign the documents multiple times. (Including Authorisation to act form) Maybe this is a goto place for servicing, but definitely not worth going for accident claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Dickson Auto Care repair and Mtce for a few months since Dec 2020 when i first purchased my car from them and I must say im really happy that they have consistently provided me and my family with superb quality service for all the servicing done so far. Special kudos to Kelvin Ma (repair and mtce) and his team as they have accommodated greatly to my ad-hoc request and their support have been really swift. I just came today with a nail in my tyre and they repaired it within 10-15 minutes after I made an appointment with them earlier. Really satisfied and strongly recommend their services! Great job to the team. Thanks and will continue to bring my car here!

I have just returned for another service last month (October 2021) and I was again very pleased with their excellent service. Both occasion I collected my car with the interior and exterior washed cleaned. I will definitely be coming back here for my future servicing. Cheers to the team managing this workshop : )
