โ โ โ โ โ I wud like to pen my appreciation to Kenneth Loh of diebold nixdorf . Understand he is an engineer with the company . Kenneth was with Edmund Lim of Triple S Security Service .
I was waiting for my turn to deposit my bag of coins when I met both of them who turned up for some servicing job at the coin deposit machine . They acceded to my request to deposit my coins first . As was my first time , Edmund Lim of Triple S Security really assisted me all the way which lasted almost half an hour as the Bank will charge me a service fee if I exceeded 1000 coins . It was really so touching to have this man so patiently n also very professional in his course of duty . In the midst of it , Kenneth Loh of Diebold Nixdorf was also so very patient throughout the process . It really made my day n I feel their act of kindness , patience n professionalism should be made known to their company . I really am thankful to them .
