Very helpful and friendly. Service is fast. Take note though that parking at building is a bit steep for weekends @$1 per half hour.

One of the worst product ever i would say . Its my personal opinion and would like give recommendation to all Digihub Buyers that keep the warranty card or else they will charge $50 for all repairs even under warranty period Purchased a product in 2017 from Lazada online and still under warranty . The box spoiled few months back and due to change of my residence 2 time lost my warranty card and contacted Digihub and I explained the that I donโ€™t have the warranty card and I even contacted online shop who supplied the product to support my claim , even the shop wrote to the Digi hub and explained still they do not want to accept under warranty all they want $50 dollars for repair . Such a bad experience ever from online shopping , as most of the shops accept our online receipt to prove our warranty period . Will never recommend anyone to buy product from Digi hub.Not even worthy to give one star on the review .

Poor Product Quality and Horrible Customer Support I bought the Digihub i-Cabi HD-20 dry cabinet about 4 years ago and it came with a 5 year warranty. Now it's no longer working within 5 years of warranty. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the warranty card. I called Digihub support. NOTE: My experience is very similar to another reviewer. I also bought this unit online for $50. The support person on the phone told me that the warranty card is a must-have to claim warranty and that the purchase receipt is not a valid proof to claim warranty. He said it will cost $50 for servicing. I told him that I purchased the new unit for $50 (in sale) and now they are asking for $50 just for service. I said I don't need the servicing, I simply need the replacement part (dehumidifier). I'll replace it myself. I'm willing to pay $20-$30 to buy the replacement as I don't want to throw away the whole cabinet, which is still in like-new condition, and create more environmental waste. But the person was extremely rude and told me to throw away the unit as it's a cheap product and not worth fixing. Yes, it's a cheap product, but why throw away the whole unit when one part is spoiled. This use-and-throw culture is extremely dangerous and leading to more environmental damage. While I was trying to reason with him that their company should be more conscious about the environment and provide replacement parts at reasonable cost, the person raised his voice, and hung up the phone on me!!! That's customer service for you in 2021! I would NOT buy any product from this company and would not recommend anyone else doing so, until the company improves their customer service, product quality, and their repair and warranty policies. They also need to be more environment-conscious and provide long term support and replacement parts for their products.

Caveat emptor. Even with the receipt, they refuse to honor their warranty. The hygrometer battery cover disintegrated but Digihub insist that they stated the hygrometer is not covered under warranty. I've attached their listing and no where does it say only the box is under warranty and the integrated hygrometer is not covered. I now have to use an ugly piece of huge masking tape to act as the cover each time I change the battery.

Very good repair service from staff, friendly and gave alot of advice when I came, even recommended alternate solutions, can tell he has the customer at heart and that's what makes the experience great.

No-fuss servicing, complete within 10 minutes, and they even would have carried it back to my transport, for a 4+ year old cabinet. I guess it would be better if it lasted forever (haha) but can't really expect more.

Brought my failed dehumidifier unit to be repaired. Was served by the boss Mr Koh himself. Very friendly and prompt service. Reasonable price of $50 compared to having to buy a new box which would have cost about $200. In fact, we spent longer talking about photographic equipment than the service itself. Overall good experience.
