Not only that, they also have their nanocoating really works! For just $20,my fingerprints on my phone was reduced by a lot!

Finally, a true customer oriented staff (Mr HS) took over my case and went all out to solve my problems. Am truly grateful for a service personnel like him. Thank you, Mr HS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my laptop in for screen repair, and came back with still a faulty screen with dead pixels dotted around the screen. Laptop also came back much heavier and I suspect that either the screen itself was replaced with a heavier knock-off, or that some component has been swapped in my computer to give it extra weight. Really disappointing experience and a big contrast with the sincerity of the salesperson at the counter. Please just go to your device service centers if you have issues, there seems to be integrity issues and a disconnect between the front desk and servicing team.
Salesperson had no fault in this and was really sincere and customer oriented throughout the process and even helped me get another small issue fixed without charge. Sorely disappointed by the servicing team.

What drew me to this shop was its belief in a zero e-waste world (as stated outside its shop). Joshua who attended to my walk-in query was really helpful and patient. Shared insightful tips and information too. During collection, also had an engaging customer service by HS. He was professional and open to sharing more about his knowledge. Thank you for the pleasant experience thus far. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. (:

Went down to their Sim Lim square outlet, staff attend to me was friendly and key in service record. I left my 2015 MacBook Pro with them. (Issue with my Mac, die and Unable to power on). My Mac Condition I would rate it 8.5/10.
One day later, another staff "Niel" watapp me to inform that they found out that my MacBook Pro, motherboard die and was Unable to be repair. It require motherboard replacement and its expensive, not worthwell to get the motherboard replace.
They have the policy of no fix no charge, Niel informed that they are willing to buy my MacBook for a small sum upon their manager approval. Decide to sell it to them, save the effort of going down collect and Chuck one side at home. Sum was transferred via internet banking.
I felt that their staff is honest and upfront.
