He saved some of the liquid and use a nail polish brush to dab and brush all the corners of the glass to ensure that the glass stick well before using the light heat. Thanks, Bro! Then he spent another 5 minutes to record my biometric knowing from past experience, customers used to have issues after the glass installation. Excellent service!!! I will definitely recommend your shop to all my kakis.

In the end I was quite lucky to find these guys. They fix my laptop while I went to the gym giving a new life to it. They also did help cleaning up this decade-old laptop. Overall very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend their service. Would love these guys to do well. Cheers!
H	Hazelle Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my son’s Microsoft Surface Pro 7 for repair here cos it’s out of warranty and an IT colleague recommended this place. Problem was it couldn’t charge at all. Service is good, technician ran a series of diagnostic and gave advise on how to use/charge it so the battery won’t deteriorate so fast. A minor hiccup cos they said the repair is done (same day, approx 6hr later), but when I went to collect it still couldn’t charge with the original adapter (works with their special charger). But service recovery was good too, they did get it fixed the next day and did multiple tests to ensure that it works even with original adapter; and offered a discount cos we changed multiple components. More worth it than going for the Microsoft exchange program, and hope the parts last longer now.

My ugly cracked hp screen was an eyesore n my colleague who is very pleased with their services strongly recommended me there. All the staff there are particularly very helpful, not in their hurry to do business only but more keen into checking on my hp problems and getting explanation/information across to me, incredibly professional n knowledgeable, very patient too. I didn't hesitate to accept instantly the suggested mode of repair. They are very trustworthy n reliable, got my hp fixed up in a couple of hours n when I went to collect it, the very friendly lady explained to me in detail n with full patience (I m old n slow at 63!). She indeed went above and beyond my needs and requirements. I will continue to rely on Hitec just for any hp needs. Quick, very reliable and dependable. Thank you Guys at Hitec! ❤️

Quality of the repaired phone: 2/10, I went for a back screen replacement. Aside from their skill set, the back screen itself is defected and the staff did not bother to check before the replacement of phone screen and told me it was dried glue instead. I requested for a replacement but they said due to weather they are unable to provide the material but they initiated a discount. My phone button was working perfectly fine. However after the replacement of screen, the sound button was faulty which I have to pay more for the repair and this added to the huge disappointment and anger. Time taken for the repair: I was told I could retrieve the phone within 1 hour. I went back but they told me another hour is need. Would never engage again, customers do engage at your own risk.

Excellent service from Louise who was very friendly and evaluated the phone thoroughly while explaining the repair process. Will definitely come back if we need other repairs in the future!

Louis classified with me on the problems Which I would have if I repaired the phone and had to make sure that I was okay with sending my phone repair. I felt that it was good that he clarified if I really wanted to repair and I eventually decided to repair the phone. From the website I could see that the repair will take one hour but when I got my phone back, I could tell that Louis only required 20 minutes and I am happy with the repair I can tell from after the repair that the repair Louis did was amazing and the price was very reasonable. If someone asked me where they should repair their phone, I will highly recommend Hitec Mobile.

Feels genuine and tell u exactly what to expect as some issues are beyond their control. No hard selling to get the business. I was there to repair my Apple Watch back casing which was broken. Apple Watch is full of sensors and delicate to handle with minute parts. Gave me two hours to complete the job. Manage to complete within an hour. After completion, courteous Jordan, the service technician called me to pick up the repaired Watch. He explained what he did and assured me the watch is working well. As goodwill, he gave me a month of free checking which was not part of the original understanding as Apple Watches are unpredictable in some instances as it has lots of sensors. Jordan appears to have a good knowledge to repair apple watches. I was touched by his good customer service and a service with a smile
