Overprice. Go else where to print your documents. Won’t recommend this. Use computer to print also need to pay $2 for less than 20secs.

Service attitude is not so friendly. And prices for photocopying / printing are over the roof. Was charged $1 for first page print out in black and white and 80 ¢ for additional sheets. While at Causeway point printing shop the price is like 20 ¢ per print out flat for comparision.

Extremely poor service attitude. I scanned the hardcopy photos the owner produced using a high quality Epson dedicated flatbed scanner for submission (the scanner was built for scanning photos) but it was rejected because the original photo was too pixelated. I went back to ask for a retake but the owner maintained that he was not responsible for this simply because I scanned the photo and did not buy his softcopy and submit that instead. However, I did not know this beforehand and he did not make this clear to me before I used his service. tl;dr: The shop produces passport photos of questionable quality, owner has poor service attitude, and owner does not make it a point to inform you of his shop policies before you use his service. Patronize at your own risk.

Bloody rude customer service from both the lady at the counter and the photographer as well. Charges $1 for a single print, "discounted" to $0.80 if printing more than 10 pieces..lol. cwp Charges only 20 cents. Do not go here at all costs.

Really bloody attitude, look down on people, please blacklist this kind of business let their business go down the drain. Not service still wanna charge so expensive. Straight walk out then went to visit Admiralty print shop service was super and reasonably and staff extremely helpful.

Took a passport picture but it came out w a terrible quality. Tried a few times but still same quality and service.
